Stages in the Permit Appeals Process

There are several phases which are part of the permit appeals process: 

• Phase 1: Petition for Review Filed
• Phase 2: Petition for Review Granted or Denied
• Phase 3: Public Notice of Briefing Period
• Phase 4: Appeals Awaiting Final DTSC Decision
• Phase 5: Permit Appeal Decision Complete
