The FTP site to send your file is located at : ftp://ftp.dtsc.ca.gov (165.235.111.233)

If your FTP software requires a login, please use the username: Anonymous. Your password should be your fully qualified email address (john@xyz.com).

Remember: You must FTP your file within the next 60 minutes or your FTP request will be purged.
