DTSC Extends Public Comment Period for SSFL Draft
Program Environmental Impact Report

SACRAMENTO – Due to the ongoing wildfires in Southern California, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has extended the public comment period for the Santa Susana Field Laboratory Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) and Draft Program Management Plan (PMP) until Dec. 14, 2017. The comment period was scheduled to close today.

DTSC released the Draft PEIR for soil and groundwater cleanup for SSFL near Simi Valley in Ventura County on Sept. 7, 2017.
