Virtual Educational Webinar: Retailers & Distributors: Your Duty to Comply with SCP Regulations

We will host a virtual educational webinar for Retailers and Distributors on their potential duty to comply with SCP Regulations on February 26, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. The webinar will emphasize the vital role retailers and distributors can play in the SCP Program, and how retailers and distributors can get involved early and provide input on each of the critical steps of our regulatory process. We will talk about our regulatory framework, the potential responsibility of retailers and distributors to comply with our regulations, and how retailers and distributors can get ahead of regulation and provide safer products for their customers.
