Final Removal Action Plan (Cleanup Plan)
This Cleanup Plan summarizes soil sampling results from sensitive land use properties (e.g., residential properties, schools, parks, day care centers, and childcare facilities) within the Preliminary Investigation Area (PIA), describes cleanup objectives, identifies and reviews potential cleanup technologies, evaluates cleanup alternatives, and identifies the preferred cleanup alternative for the cleanup of lead-contaminated soil at sensitive land use properties within the PIA.

Final Environmental Impact Report for Residential Cleanup
This Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) contains the final component of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) environmental review process for the Cleanup Plan. The purpose of this Final EIR is to inform decision makers and the public of the potential environmental impacts that could result from the cleanup activities outlined in the Cleanup Plan, as well as the mitigation measures or alternatives that would avoid or minimize potential significant impacts.

Master Excavation Restoration Plan and Attachments
The Master Excavation, Disposal, and Restoration Design Plan (Work Plan) presents the excavation, disposal, and restoration activities required to address the excavation of contaminated soils at sensitive land use properties (e.g., residential properties, schools, parks, day care centers, and childcare facilities) subject to cleanup pursuant to the Cleanup Plan. This Work Plan describes the excavation and disposal procedures for soil contaminated with lead at concentrations above DTSC’s residential screening level, and the subsequent restoration of the properties with clean soil and replacement landscaping.

Plan de acción de eliminación final (plan de limpieza)
