THE FEDERAL POST-CLOSURE RULE REGULATIONS, ADDITION OF ENFORCEABLE DOCUMENTS & FLEXIBILITY FOR POSTCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS WAS APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW (OAL) AND FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE ON OCTOBER 31, 2018. THIS REGULATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019.
