Stages in the Permit Appeals Process
There are several phases which are part of the permit appeals process:
- Phase 1: Petition for Review Filed
- Phase 2: Petition for Review Granted or Denied
- Phase 3: Public Notice of Briefing Period
- Phase 4: Appeals Awaiting Final DTSC Decision
- Phase 5: Permit Appeal Decision Completed
