DTSC requests public comments on many types of draft documents: regulations, site cleanup plans, draft permits, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents, and more. This page contains links to public notices for projects currently in a public comment period for official, formal rulemaking. In addition, you will find links to pages containing support materials (fact sheets, regulation text, etc.) below the public notices.
