THE PROPOSAL TO LIST PAINT OR VARNISH STRIPPERS CONTAINING METHYLENE CHLORIDE AS A PRIORITY PRODUCT WAS APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW (OAL) AND FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE ON DECEMBER 4, 2018. THIS REGULATION WILL GO INTO EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2019.
The proposal to list Paint or Varnish Strippers Containing Methylene Chloride as a Priority Product was approved by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) and filed with the Secretary of State on December 4, 2019. This rulemaking becomes effective on January 1, 2019. It adopts section 69511.3 and amends section 69511 of Chapter 55, Division 4.5, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations.
