THE PROPOSAL TO LIST SPRAY POLYURETHANE FOAM SYSTEMS WITH UNREACTED METHYLENE DIPHENYL DIISOCYANATES AS A PRIORITY PRODUCT WAS APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW (OAL) AND FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE ON APRIL 26, 2018. THIS REGULATION WILL GO INTO EFFECT ON JULY 1, 2018.
The proposal to list Spray Polyurethane Foam Systems with Unreacted Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanates as a Priority Product was approved by the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) and filed with the Secretary of State on April 26, 2018. This rulemaking becomes effective on July 1, 2018. It adopts section 69511.2 and amends section 69511 of Chapter 55, Division 4.5, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations.

The public comment period for the Proposal to List Spray Polyurethane Foam Systems with Unreacted Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanates as a Priority Product opened at 8:00AM PDT on March 24, 2017 and was extended through June 6, 2017 (5:00PM PDT). All comments submitted can be viewed from CalSAFER.
Public Hearing DTSC held a public hearing on May 16, 2017 at the CalEPA Building on 1001 “I” Street, Sacramento, California.
