Strategic Plan Dashboard
DTSC’s Strategic Plan sets forth five long-term Goals that guide the Department in becoming more accountable, responsive, and effective.
This dashboard uses these five Goals as a framework for demonstrating the Department’s progress. We evaluate our effectiveness through desired Outcomes within each Goal and track our progress toward these outcomes with specific Measures, represented by the graphs below. These graphs are updated on a regular cadence – some monthly, some quarterly, and some annually – to allow the public and our staff to hold DTSC accountable. These measures represent where we are today in assessing our progress but will evolve with the Department as our data empowerment efforts mature.
