Vine Hill Complex Comment Period Ends

Comment Period for the Proposed Consent Decree Settlement Ends on October 14, 2023

The public comment period began on September 15, 2023 and ends October 14, 2023.

DTSC has lodged the proposed Consent Decree with the court and DTSC is requesting public comment on the proposed Consent Decree. Under the proposed Consent Decree, Settling Defendants will provide funding for the Facility’s post closure and corrective action activities, will reimburse a portion of DTSC’s past costs incurred for response actions, and reimburse DTSC future response costs incurred at the Vine Hill Complex.
