This Local Agency Resources Page is intended to provide information and resources to Local Agencies, as defined in the Health and Safety Code Section 101480. This page includes resources to comply with the recent revisions to Section 101480 (AB 304) as well as information for Local Agencies who have provided their self-certifications.

If you are a project proponent seeking oversight from a local agency, please use the list below for the agencies that are self-certified to provide oversight for environmental investigations and cleanup. Contact the local agency directly to learn about their process for entering into an agreement. Please note that the forms on this page are for local agencies who are seeking AB 304 self-certification; these forms are not for project proponents who are looking to obtain oversight of environmental activities.
