Remedy Selection
These Quick Reference Guides focus on information related to the environmental cleanup process, and currently include information on the California Land Reuse and Revitalization Act (CLRRA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Additional Quick Reference Guides for the remedy selection and cleanup process such as Removal Action and Remedial Action Plans and are under development, and will be posted on a routine basis. The DTSC Office of Public Participation and the Office of Environmental Justice and Tribal Affairs have provided abbreviated information on requirements for voluntary agreements.
